Squids Chilly Fry
Ingredients:
Onion:2
Tomato: 1
Capsicum: 1
Green Chilies: 2
Garlic: 4 cloves
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
Pepper Powder: 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder: 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Coriander paste: 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Salt: As per taste
Method:
- Clean squids and cut in rings. Apply salt and keep aside.
- Cut thin slices of onion, tomato, capsicum and green chilies.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic cloves (crushed), onion and green chilies.
- Saute onion till they turn translucent.
- Now add all the masala and salt. mix well.
- Add capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add tomato and squids.
- Cover and Cook well for 8-10 minutes.
- Add tomato ketchup. Stir well.
- Ready to serve with bread or chapati.
